SCIAMACHY scientific products

Several institutes develop algorithms to retrieve products from SCIAMACHY spectra. Some of these institutes make scientific products available for validation purposes. The goal is to improve the operational product development by finding algorithm parameters responsible for specific error behaviour. SCIAMACHY operational products

SCIAMACHY operational products are distributed by ESA via D-PAC in Oberpfaffenhofen. Access to this data can be obtained by the Principal Investigators of the Envisat-AO approved proposals, after accepting the terms and conditions for using Envisat data, which you can find on ESA's EO Principipal Investigator Portal (click 'ESA Data Policy'). These terms and conditions include among others: terms on intellectual property rights, conditions for publication, reporting conditions, terms on onward distribution of data, etc. These data products are listed under ESA's Data Products.
