algorithm description	The algorithm is described in the Algorithm Document.
product details	The format is plain ASCII with header of varying length. For each station, two files are created, one with daily averages and one with all individual overpasses. Test products: NO2 total column for Ny-Alesund 2002: nya_no2_UB1_02.asc (ASCII, 9kB) nya_no2_UB1_02.all (ASCII, 0.6 MB).
